Advice on how to ask for an accurate quotation from CENTREPRINT.

WE WANT YOUR ORDER, so please give us accurate details of your requirements so that we may give you the very keenest price.

Some printers will give you a "rough" price or an "estimate". They then add in lots of extras to their original price - working on the theory that you will be mug enough not to complain. Centreprint DO NOT work like that. WE give you an accurate quotation (not an estimate) providing that you give us an accurate specification to quote on in the first place. (Naturally, if you then request a different specification, a different price may apply).

For a keen price - please let us have the following information:-

Job Description, Quantity required, Size, Number of colours, Stock (type of paper or board), Artwork and design work required, Delivery option.

Job Description:
This may be as simple as as "Leaflet", "Letterhead" or as complex as "36pp self cover booklet, with four colour process cover". For folded leaflets the usual way to describe them is to specify A4 4pp if you want one sheet of A3 folded once to A4. "pp" simply means printed pages, so a A5 8pp is two sheets of A4, printed both sides and collated and stapled together. If in doubt, please just fill in a few details in our enquiry form and one of our technical sales team will ring you to discuss your requirements.

Quantity Required:
Our computer estimating system is able to give you an accurate price on THREE different quantities. However, if the quantities are vastly different (such as 500 -20,000 - 180,000) then you will not get the keenest price. Please give us genuine quantities to quote on.

Size:
We can print almost any size that you may require. However, you will get the keenest prices by sticking to standard paper sizes. The most popular sizes are as follows.
