Also known as Z cards, composite cards, comp cards or Zed cards.
Essential for experienced or aspiring models. Send model cards to
photographers clients, magazines, model agencies or display wherever
you can to get work. Model cards are also useful if you wish to
become a film or television extra or if you are an aspiring actor
or actress.
Model Card Finishes available We produce two model card finishes:
Standard Smooth cards - these cards are
printed on an environmentally friendly double sided, satin-smooth
finish 330gsm artboard. High-Gloss cards - these cards
are printed as above, then laminated both sides with a very glossy
wipe-clean shiny plastic finish to enhance your image - recommended.
Just choose the quantity and finish that you require or ask for
samples first. Delivery is FREE. The only extra isartwork
and layout (unless you can supply this and VAT

Initial Artwork*
The above prices assume that you are supplying professional finished
artwork | see artwork layout
guide | If not, we can produce standard model card artwork for
you at a fixed cost:
Double sided A5 model card artwork created from the photograph files
that you supply costs £20 plus VAT. We recommend that you
supply one large photograph for the front and four small images
for the reverse. Artwork usually takes two to three working days.
Our studio will always supply a proof to you before we print, even
if you have supplied finished artwork to us. We can either post
a hard-copy proof to you or if you are in a hurry, we can send a
PDF proof to you via email. See

Artwork archive service
Please note: The initial artwork is a ONE-OFF charge.
Once the layout is approved and we have printed the cards for you,
we will archive the file safely, both on-site and off-site for a
minimum period of ten years. This means that you can "call
off" extra cards at any time. Even small amendments such as
a change in your waist size or even changing one of the photographs
will not be charged for.
Logo design and/or very complex artwork is extra. (Please ask us
to quote if you are unsure).
Delivery
We are usually able to print and despatch your model cards within
two working days after you accept the proof. Free delivery is by
Royal Mail First Class Post, or a parcel carrier service for larger
quantities. Next-Day Special Delivery is available at an extra cost
of £7.50 plus VAT. Delivery needs to be signed for. See further

Despatch
Quantities up to 1000 cards are usually despatched within three
to four working days from proof acceptance. Quantities over 1000
cards are produced by a different process and despatch can take
5-7 working days from proof acceptance.
