Here's how to order securely by Credit Card, Debit Card,
Cheque or Postal Order
Secure ordering using the Romancart shopping card system.
RomanCart use a secure server (128 bit - the highest security commercially available)
to encrypt your details. ONLINE - This is the easiest and quickest
way. You can order by PayPal, by credit card or by debit card in our secure
shopping cart. Just click on any blue Order now
link in the price grids and you will be taken to a simple order form. From there,
you will be transfered to a third-party secure shopping cart, where you may
choose to pay by credit or debit card, by cheque, by pro forma or by postal
order. If you are a major plc, a government department or an NHS trust, you
can choose to pay by sending us a purchase order.
E-MAIL - You can email us details of your requirements
and we will confirm a price to you during opening hours. You can then send us
a cheque, pay with PayPal or telephone us with your payment details.
Telephone ordering - our assisted ordering service If you do not wish to place the order yourself, online, you can telephone
0871 717 9501 and one of our helpful operators will place the order for you
at a fixed extra charge of just £9.95 plus VAT
MAIL - You can send us your order by post (see address
below) together with payment by cheque, or send us details of your requirements
and we will confirm the price before requesting payment.
PRO-FORMA - Let us know what you wish to order and
we will send you a pro-forma invoice so that you can raise payment or pay us
by Credit/Debit card.
Delivery - Delivery is free to
UK mainland addresses.
VAT
Most items (other than printed leaflets, which are VAT zero rated) carry an
extra charge of VAT at the current standard rate. Even registered charities
have to pay VAT, (which is a rather mean of HM Government, we think).
Multiple orders
If you wish to order more than one item, i.e. two or more postcards, letterheads
and compliment slips. etc., just click on the "continue shopping"
button at the basket page, after you have ordered the first item.
Shopping online with us is a safe and secure way of placing your order. We use
the well-known safe, secure and reliable Romancart shopping cart.
Your personal details and credit/debit card information are collected and processed
on a secure server, so that your card information is completely protected.
We are then notified of your order and will view your name, address and credit
card details on a secure, password-protected, page on the website of our Shopping
Basket provider, RomanCart. We will then process your payment.
RomanCart use a secure server to encrypt (128 bit - the highest security commercially
available) your details when they are sent over the internet and they are then
decrypted on receipt by RomanCart.
It is impossible for someone to obtain your private information from our secure
server. Therefore you can be completely confident that you are able to shop
safely and securely on our site.
All information submitted within the actual order process is encrypted to ensure
your personal and sensitive information is kept secure. You can tell when a
page is secure when 'https' appears in front of the address in your browsers
address window (after clicking on the "checkout" button when you are
within the secure area, the address shown will change to 'https://secure.romancart.com/payment/checkout.asp')
and a small padlock will be displayed at the bottom of your browser window.
You can verify the validity of the Romacart security license by double clicking
on the padlock. The address line in your browser will turn GREEN which is another
sign that the connection is encrypted and totally secure.
