Here's how to order...
ONLINE - This is the easiest and quickest
way. You can order by credit card in our secure shopping cart. Just click
on any blue Order now link in the price grids and
you will be taken to a simple order form. From there, you will be transfered
to a third-party secure shopping cart, where you may choose to pay by credit
or debit card, by cheque, by pro forma or by postal order. If you are a major
plc, a government department or an NHS trust, you can choose to pay by sending
us a purchase order.
E-MAIL - You can email us details of your requirements
and we will confirm a price to you during opening hours. You can then send us
a cheque, or telephone us with your payment details.
TELEPHONE US ON 01902-402693 - You can telephone us
during office hours for help or advice first and then place your order verbally
(unusually, you will be speaking to a live, friendly, helpful human being and
will not be asked to enter your height in kilometres and your dog's blood group,
nor to press numerous buttons, before speaking to us). Our lines are open during
working hours Monday to Friday. Outside working hours, just leave a message
on our answering machine or send us an email.
MAIL - You can send us your order by post (see address
below) together with payment by cheque, or send us details of your requirements
and we will confirm the price before requesting payment.
PRO-FORMA - Let us know what you wish to order and
we will send you a pro-forma invoice so that you can raise payment.
Delivery - Delivery is free to
UK mainland addresses.
VAT
Most items (other than printed leaflets, which are VAT zero rated) carry an
extra charge of VAT at the current standard rate. Even registered charities
have to pay VAT, (which is a very mean, we think).
Multiple orders
If you wish to order more than one item, i.e. two or more postcards, letterheads
and compliment slips. etc., just click on the "continue shopping"
button at the basket page, after you have ordered the first item. Alternately,
you can telephone 01902 402692 and we'll process your order manually if you
wish
Shopping online with us is a safe and secure way of placing your order. We use
the well-known safe, secure and reliable Romancart shopping cart.
Your personal details and credit/debit card information are collected and processed
on a secure server, so that your card information is completely protected.
We are then notified of your order and will view your name, address and credit
card details on a secure, password-protected, page on the website of our Shopping
Basket provider, RomanCart. We will then process your payment.
RomanCart use a secure server to encrypt (128 bit - the highest security commercially
available) your details when they are sent over the internet and they are then
decrypted on receipt by RomanCart.
It is impossible for someone to obtain your private information from our secure
server. Therefore you can be completely confident that you are able to shop
safely and securely on our site.
All information submitted within the actual order process is encrypted to ensure
your personal and sensitive information is kept secure. You can tell when a
page is secure when 'https' appears in front of the address in your browsers
address window (after clicking on the "checkout" button when you are
within the secure area, the address shown will change to 'https://secure.romancart.com/payment/checkout.asp')
and a small padlock will be displayed at the bottom of your browser window.
You can verify the validity of the Romacart security license by double clicking
on the padlock.
