Our standard C6 (114mm x 162mm), DL size (110mm x 220mm) - the most popular or C5 (229 x 162mm) Business Reply Envelopes are white, self seal 80gsm non-window envelopes, overprinted in black ink, face only, with your business reply licence number and your name and address. They may be first or second class, as you wish. The price below INCLUDE, proofing, printing and delivery, but is plus VAT.

Printed Postage Impressions (know as PPI,s)
These are available in either second class or mailsort printed envelopes and are used in conjunction with a Royal Mail postal account. We are able to despatch mailings direct from our warehouse and we have our own PPI and Royal Mail account which you may use if you wish.

Undeliverable mail - an important change
If you use franked mail you are probably aware of the rules concerning ERA (External Return Address ).

From 4th October 2004, if you want your undeliverable franked mail to be returned to you, you must include a return address on the envelope. Printed envelopes are the obvious solution to this. The Royal Mail have ended their return service for undelivered franked mail without a return address, so those items without a return address will be disposed of and not returned to you.

Undeliverable means:
an item is impracticable or unreasonable to deliver
the delivery address is unsafe
the delivery address is not permanently occupied
the item does not have a complete, correct or legible address
any reason concerning health and safety of staff
any other reason
