Delivery is free
All our prices include FREE packing and delivery to mainland
UK. We offer a nationwide service and don't feel that you should
have to pay extra, just because you are not local to us. If your
order is urgent and you are local to us, you are welcome to collect
from our Wolverhampton factory by arrangement. How
to order If you live outside the UK mainland, please ask for
a price including delivery.
Delivery methods
All small orders are carefully packed and sent by Royal Mail First
Class Post. Larger, heavier orders are sent by carriers, who usually
achieve delivery the day after we despatch. Someone has to be in,
to sign for carrier deliveries, so if you would prefer your order
sending to a different address, please let us know when ordering.
Orders for outside the UK
Orders are welcome from Europe and beyond. We will let you know
an accurate delivery cost after we have received your order.
Collections
You are welcome to collect from us at a mutually agreed time and
date. To arrange to collect from us, please specify on your order
form and we will telephone you to arrange a mutually convenient
time.
Payment
All orders, other than those from schools, colleges, universities
and major plc's, where an official purchase order is acceptable,
must be prepaid. We have been trading since October 1978 and will
not run away with your money.
